Oakfield Bakery is a micro-bakery run by baker couple Isabel and Euan from our flat in Oakfield Court, Crouch End.
We mix all our breads using Shipton Mill and Hodmedod's organic stoneground flour with a lively sourdough starter. We cold ferment them overnight to allow the flavours to develop, then bake them in the morning.

We are at Stroud Green Market with our pastries, sourdough loaves and seasonal products every Sunday from 10am till 2.30pm
We also supply our bread, buns, pastries and cakes Wednesday-Sunday to Geographical Indications, on Park Road in Crouch End.

The Oakfield Sourdough
A classic sourdough loaf with a small percentage of wholemeal wheat and rye flours. The small loaf is around half the size of the regular and perfect for just one person!

Danish seeded Rye (RugBRød)
A rye sourdough tin loaf made with 100% dark rye flour, bursting with pumpkins seeds, sunflower seeds, linseeds and rye kernels. A wonderfully dense loaf with a beautiful texture and delicious flavour from the seeds and rye, with molasses adding an extra depth of sweetness and rich colour to the loaf

Brioche Loaf
Lighter than a standard brioche as we use our super soft and fluffy bun dough. Incredibly moreish and perfect for sandwiches, toasties, French toast or just on its own.

Cheese Scones
Soft on the inside, crispy on the outside; made with extra mature West Country cheddar, Montgomery cheddar and a touch of paprika and rosemary.
