Oakfield Bakery is a micro-bakery run by baker couple Isabel and Euan from our flat in Oakfield Court, Crouch End.

We mix all our breads using Shipton Mill and Hodmedod's organic stoneground flour with a lively sourdough starter. We cold ferment them overnight to allow the flavours to develop, then bake them in the morning.
